Customer Support Services Maintenance

We have scheduled a window to perform needed maintenance on several internal systems that provide customer-facing support services.

Date: Saturday, October 10th, 2020
Start Time: 10:00 PM CDT (UTC -5)
End Time: 6:00 AM CDT (UTC -5)
Maintenance Scope: Customer-facing support services

Customer Impact:

Individual systems will be unavailable for up to an hour at points during the maintenance window depending upon the required work.  These systems include critical support services such as our help desk, phone lines, email accounts, and billing portal.  We will make efforts to minimize periods where multiple support services are simultaneously unavailable to ensure that emergency requests may still be processed.

Primary services provided to customers, such as network and power, cloud services, backup services, and dedicated and colocated servers, will not be impacted.

If you have any questions regarding this maintenance, please feel free to contact us via our help desk or by email.  If you need emergency support during the maintenance, please be prepared to call 312-602-2689 for assistance if the help desk is not accessible.
