Digital Realty has scheduled a power maintenance in our chi01 datacenter. This maintenance will require disconnecting power from the A-side power feed for an extended length of time, followed by reconnection of the A-side, and then the same performed on the B-side.
Who is affected:
To determine which devices will be affected, visit https://manage.steadfast.net, select Device Manager, then View Devices. A server will be affected if the description for the server begins with “chi01” and DOES NOT begin with any of the following:
Servers in the chi02, chi18, and nyc16 datacenters are not affected by this maintenance. If you are unsure if your server will be affected or not, please submit a ticket.
What we are doing:
At the specified time, your system will be shut down, relocated within the datacenter, and powered back up. You will not have your IP address renumbered, nor will your passwords be changed.
What you need to do:
You do not need to take any action, your server will be shut down and relocated during the specified time by default. If you would like to schedule a time to have your server moved beforehand, please open a ticket by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with a time that works for you.
