Help Desk Software Upgrade

We will be performing an upgrade to our Help Desk software on Sunday, October 14, 2012 at 1 AM CDT.  This update includes a number of bug fixes and minor security improvements, as well as changes on the staff interface that will improve ticket handling.  There are no significant changes to the customer user interface.

Start Time: 1:00 AM CDT (GMT-5)
End Time: 2:00 AM CDT (GMT-5) 
Maintenance Scope: Help Desk Software
Customer Impact: Web-based access to tickets and knowledge base articles will be unavailable during the maintenance.

During the maintenance period, you may continue to request help via telephone using the numbers listed on our main web site.  This maintenance will not affect customer equipment or services.
