We will be performing an upgrade to our Help Desk software on Saturday, January 26th, 2013 at 1 AM CST.  This update includes a number of bug fixes and internal improvements related to reporting and statistics.  There are no significant changes to the customer user interface.

End Time: 2:00 AM CST (GMT-6) 
Maintenance Scope: Help Desk Software
Customer Impact: Web-based access to tickets and knowledge base articles may be unavailable during the maintenance.

During the maintenance period, you may continue to request help via telephone using the numbers listed on our main web site.  This maintenance will not affect any customer equipment or services.
