Customer Support Systems Maintenance

We have scheduled a maintenance event which will impact all customer support systems, including our help desk, management portal, phone system and main web site.  This maintenance is necessary in order to implement needed changes to the network to allow future growth and simplify our infrastructure.

Date: Sunday, September 16th, 2012
Start Time: 1:00 AM CDT (GMT-5)
End Time: 3:00 AM CDT (GMT-5) 
Maintenance Scope: Customer support systems including help desk, management portal, phone system, and main web site 
Customer Impact: Mentioned and other support systems will be unavailable.  No customer equipment or network services will be interrupted.

In order to minimize interruption to these critical support systems, we will shift the systems between two different network segments, which may cause varying periods of inaccessibility and unreliability, but should limit such interruptions to no more than 10 minutes at a time.

Please note that customer equipment, hosting services, and network services will NOT be affected or interrupted by this maintenance.
