This maintenance has been completed successfully. Update 2:10 AM: The maintenance is now complete. The upgrade process has completed on the second node and operations appear stable. We did not observe any interruptions in service during this upgrade. If there are any outstanding issues, please contact support as soon as possible to let us know. Update 1:50 AM: We are now upgrading the unit that primarily supports the SATA storage. During this next period, the load of both nodes will be carried by the newly upgraded unit. Update 1:44 AM: The upgrade process has completed on the first node and operations appear stable. We will start the second node's reboot in about 5 minutes. Update 1:00 AM: The maintenance has started. We will first upgrade the unit that primarily supports the SAS storage. During this period the load of both storage nodes will be carried by the other unit. We will provide updates as the upgrade progresses. We have scheduled an upgrade to the system software for our SAN storage platform, which is used to power the storage for our Cloud Platform and customer accessible SAN services. This update fixes many bugs, some performance issues, and provides support for new technology. | |
